This is a basic set of instruction for using this index search...

1. Select a region and category from the top of the page, and click the next button.
2. Enter your search terms, note the suggested search terms link, this will help immensely in choosing relavant terms to search with. Click the search button.
3. Results will appear in the lower left frame, 10 at a time. Use the buttons at the bottom of that frame to move back and forth inside the results.
4. Clicking on a result, will bring up the document in this window.
