Service Conditions

This service is sold to a customer of company-wide access subject to the following conditions:

a. This service is sold to the customer for it’s private use by customer employees. Any reproduction and/or reuse for third-parties, such as not limited to, advisors, consultants, customers, the general public, or other companies, is not authorized and prohibited.

b. The customer is provided with passwords for its employees to access the service. The company will take reasonable steps to inform any employee given access that the service is for the companies private use and that the employee shall not facilitate access by third-parties

c. The service contains copyrighted information. The copyright remains the exclusive property of Environmental Information Limited. The customer rights to use the copyrighted information in the service are limited to those allowed under copyright law.

d. Environmental Information Ltd. makes no representation that the information contained in this report is absolutely accurate or complete. Errors and omissions, typographical, clerical and otherwise, sometimes occur, and this possibility exists with respect to anything printed in this work.
